झबरेड़ा भाजपा विधायक देशराज कर्णवाल को कोरोना होने की झूठी पोस्ट डालने पर युवक के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज,फेसबुक पर की थी फर्जी पोस्ट

रुड़की(संदीप तोमर)। कोतवाली गंगनहर पुलिस के मुताबिक सतीश चंद्र शर्मा निवासी शिव पुरम हाल विधायक प्रतिनिधि झबरेड़ा विधायक देशराज कर्णवाल द्वारा कोतवाली गंगनहर पर तहरीर दी है कि दिनांक 29 मार्च 2020 को उन्हें फेसबुक के माध्यम से पता चला है कि कार्तिक शर्मा नाम के एक व्यक्ति ने अपने फेसबुक आईडी से विधायक झबरेड़ा देशराज कर्णवाल की फोटो के साथ एक पोस्ट प्रकाशित की है जिसमें उनके द्वारा लिखा गया है कि झबरेड़ा विधायक को कोरोना वायरस हुआ है। यह पोस्ट पूरी तरह झूठी, भ्रामक व समाज के विभिन्न पक्षों में जातीय वैमनष्यता फैलाने वाली तथा जानबूझकर अपमानित करने के उद्देश्य से डाली गई है।

इस सूचना पर कोतवाली गंगनहर में मुकदमा अपराध संख्या 181/2020 धारा 505 आईपीसी तथा धारा 54 राष्ट्रीय आपदा अधिनियम 2005 के अंतर्गत अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया है। कोतवाल राजेश साह के मुताबिक सोशल मीडिया पर उक्त व्यक्ति कार्तिक शर्मा के बारे में जानकारी कर विवेचना में अग्रिम कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
